The Coast Health Consulting Difference

Unlike many similar services, Coast Health Consultants is entirely owned and operated by a licensed psychotherapist. As such, our services are grounded in evidence-based practices designed to address each client's specific needs. While we do not provide clinical services directly, all cases are managed and overseen by licensed clinicians. This allows us to offer expert, best-in-class services while functioning as dedicated allies and advocate for our clients and their families.

Leadership Team

Bobby Tredinnick LMSW-CASAC

Bobby is a licensed therapist, clinical case manager, interventionist, and recovery and wellness coach with over a decade of personal and professional experience in addiction recovery, mental health, and crisis intervention. His own recovery journey, which began in 2015, inspired a deep commitment to guiding others through life's toughest challenges and facilitating meaningful, lasting change.

Bobby holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU and is a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). He completed his practicum at Weill-Cornell's Midtown Center for Treatment and Research and holds advanced certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Crisis Intervention. Additionally, Bobby serves as Co-Chair of the Junior Board of Directors for Shatterproof, a national addiction-focused non-profit organization.

As CEO of Coast Health Consulting, Bobby leads by implementing clinically-driven models for change while emphasizing deep personal connections essential for long-term recovery. His expertise spans various settings and approaches, giving him an intimate knowledge of the treatment landscape and how to navigate it effectively for optimal outcomes.

Bobby works with clients worldwide, believing strongly that meaningful progress often occurs in unconventional settings and through genuine human connection. Above all, he is committed to helping clients and families feel supported throughout a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming, breaking down internal and external barriers to achieve lasting growth, wellness, and success.

Boone Wilder

Boone brings genuine passion, clarity, and stability to every client and family interaction. Drawing from his own journey of recovery, Boone has built a career dedicated to helping others navigate the complex and often overwhelming path toward wellness.

With extensive experience as a Case Manager, Interventionist, and Operations Manager, Boone has guided hundreds of families and clients through high-pressure situations, becoming a trusted ally recognized for his candor and reassuring presence during stressful and uncertain times.

As COO of Coast Health Consulting, Boone coordinates comprehensive client support, seamlessly integrating best-in-class staff, resources, and strategic partnerships. He ensures that operations consistently exceed standards, manages critical referral networks, and streamlines communication—playing an essential role in achieving positive, sustainable outcomes for each client.
