Our team travels globally to meet families at their point of need, coordinating care, providing intensive coaching, attending critical moments, and helping loved ones face their biggest challenges with professional support and clinical oversight.

Bobby Tredinnick, LMSW, CASAC
Managing Partner & Director of Clinical Strategy

Bobby Tredinnick leads the clinical and business direction of Coast Health Consulting, shaping both the strategic vision and the delivery model across services. A master's-level clinician trained at New York University, he holds LMSW and CASAC credentials and brings extensive experience in addiction support, crisis response, and complex care coordination across high-acuity and transitional settings.
His leadership is grounded in authentic care for clients and families, well-rounded clinical and operational judgment developed through experience and formal training, and a commitment to integrating modern, evidence-informed tools and innovative supports where they meaningfully enhance progress.
Bobby has credentials across varied specialties and modalities, while bringing a strong foundation of cognitive behavioral therapies into the core of CHC's work. He believes that when clients are empowered with insight, structure, and support, they are capable of meaningful change. Through CHC's adaptive programming, clients are supported in pursuing their goals and building the foundation for a life that reflects their potential.

Boone Wilder serves as Partner and Director of Operations at Coast Health Consulting, where he is responsible for translating clinical strategy into consistent, real-world execution. His background spans crisis intervention, recovery coaching, intervention support, and behavioral health operations, providing a strong foundation for managing complex situations with structure and care.
Boone brings a steady, disciplined approach to his work, emphasizing reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail during periods of uncertainty. He works closely with individuals and families to ensure support plans are implemented thoughtfully, with respect for privacy, dignity, and the broader family system.
In his operational leadership role, Boone oversees day-to-day coordination, logistics, and service execution across Coast Health Consulting and Interactive Youth Transport. He serves as a central point of continuity for families and referral partners, ensuring services are delivered with consistency, discretion, and responsiveness across settings and regions.
