Coast Health Consulting was founded on the belief that exceptional behavioral health support requires more than clinical expertise — it demands compassion, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to the unique demands of each situation.
Coast Health operates at the intersection of clinical expertise and real-world complexity. When behavioral health challenges emerge, they rarely exist in isolation — they affect the entire relational system. The role is not as a 1:1 resource, but as a systems-level advocate and clinical partner who creates calm from chaos and lays the path to healing for the unique complexities of each situation.
The work happens wherever the situation demands — whether that's in Los Angeles, Dallas, Fairfield County, or anywhere around the world. The team travels globally to meet the need at its point of origin, providing intensive coaching, attending critical moments, and delivering professional support and clinically informed case direction where it matters most.
The work is grounded in evidence-informed practices and includes licensed clinicians with master's-level training providing clinically informed case direction. Meaningful change happens when expertise meets personalized attention, and the commitment is to creating environments where clients can rediscover the potential they may have forgotten they had.
We're not here to do life for our clients, we're here to teach them how to carry it.
These principles guide every decision and every engagement.
Master's-level clinicians with extensive experience and evidence-informed approaches.
Warmth, empathy, and genuine concern define every client relationship.
Privacy and confidentiality are paramount in everything we do.
The broader relational system is engaged as co-architects in the recovery process.
Coast Health Consulting is led by Bobby Tredinnick with over a decade of experience across the behavioral health continuum. The firm operates through a curated network of independent practitioners — clinicians, interventionists, recovery professionals, and companion staff — assembled case-by-case based on fit. Individual practitioner profiles are not published to protect both client and provider privacy. Team members are matched to each engagement based on clinical specialty, personality, life experience, and the specific dynamics of the family system — because the right professional relationship is often as important as the right credential.
Founder & Managing Director
Operational leadership grounded in authentic care, intentional action, and adaptive coordination
Bobby Tredinnick founded Coast Health Consulting after a decade of work across the behavioral health continuum — from direct service in residential and outpatient settings to operational leadership in adolescent treatment transport. He holds a master’s degree from New York University (LMSW) and CASAC certification, with a background in addiction, crisis response, and complex behavioral health situations.
His role at Coast Health is operational and directional: he designs engagement structures, assembles the right team for each case, maintains accountability across providers, and serves as the single point of continuity for families navigating fragmented systems. He does not function as the treating clinician — when a case requires licensed clinical services, he coordinates independent practitioners who operate under their own licensure.
Bobby’s approach is grounded in the belief that behavioral health outcomes depend less on any single intervention and more on the quality of coordination, the consistency of follow-through, and the willingness to adapt when something isn’t working.
Coast Health Consulting is owned by B-Health Ventures LLC, which is an owner of Interactive Health LLC. Interactive Youth Transport (IYT) is operated by Interactive Health LLC. The companies collaborate where each company’s expertise meets the other, helping clinical context travel with the client instead of being lost in a handoff between unrelated providers.
In practice, this means the case manager briefs the transport team directly, the transport team reports back upon completion, and the family receives a single coordinated communication rather than managing two separate relationships. For cases that require only case management or only transport, each service operates independently.
