Coast Health gathers the full picture — history, current functioning, prior treatment, and the dynamics surrounding the situation. Where indicated, formal clinical evaluation is coordinated through Coast's practitioner network.
Engagement & Ongoing Case Direction
A written plan is built and executed. Coast manages the case — coordinating providers, maintaining accountability structures, and adapting the approach as the situation evolves. 24/7 availability. Regular structured updates to the family.
