"We do not wait for change to happen in a session. We show up where it starts."

Coast Health Consulting was created to fill a critical gap in behavioral health care: long-term, real-life support that is clinically grounded, deeply personalized, and consistently executed. Our work flexes to meet the needs, goals, and aspirations of each client and the potential they carry.

Some clients come to us in crisis. Others come later — navigating transitions, facing setbacks, aging out of adolescent care systems, or simply feeling stuck without a clear way forward. Coast Health Consulting exists as a tailored solution to the goals clients bring — and often the ones they didn't yet know they had.

Across the Full Continuum of Care

We work across the full continuum of care, from initial stabilization and family crises to recovery planning, academic re-entry, and independent living. Our role is steady, flexible, and secure. We serve as a clinical guide throughout the process of change, maintaining consistency through a relational framework and adapting our involvement as needs evolve.

We support adolescents, young adults, and adults, offering client-focused services built around our cornerstone proprietary case management protocol. Additionally, our team brings deep experience in crisis intervention, strategic planning, executive function coaching, family systems work, and long-term behavioral health guidance — providing individual, discreet solutions to complex issues.

Beyond defined services, we respond to what each client truly needs, as identified through collaborative assessment, and create solutions that move them toward meaningful change points.

Evidence-Based, Clinically Grounded

Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices, licensed clinically informed case direction, collaborative planning, and a commitment to outcomes. We meet clients exactly where they are. Whether we're coordinating care, teaching life skills, attending court, or helping someone face their own front door — our presence is structured, goal-directed, and always intentional.

Where We Work, and How We Work

Coast Health Consulting operates out of Los Angeles, the Greater Dallas and Austin regions, and New York City, but our services extend far beyond those locations. We are a mobile, adaptive support system with a national reach — and the capability to build customized networks wherever support is needed.

Our work is grounded in the environments where real life happens. That may be in a client's home, in a courtroom, on a school campus, or during a family meeting. We do not wait for change to happen in a session. We show up where it starts.

Every plan is developed in close partnership with the client and their support system. We create structure that is practical, clinical, and personal — moving with the client, not just working around them.
