Each guide covers the behavioral health landscape in that state, the types of families we serve there, and how our services integrate with local treatment resources.
Our operational model is built for mobility. We are not a local practice with a national website — we are a mobile support network that has worked in homes, hospitals, courtrooms, and treatment programs across the country.
Our Los Angeles and Dallas hubs provide access to the country's most connected air routes. We can position a team member in virtually any U.S. city within 24 hours when the situation requires it.
Much of our case management work is conducted remotely — coordinating with treatment teams, managing transitions, and keeping families informed. Geography does not limit our effectiveness as case managers.
We do not receive referral fees from treatment programs. Our recommendations are based on clinical fit and the client's actual needs — not on which programs are in our network or which ones pay us to send clients.
Our clients are families who have the resources to access the best available care and the sophistication to recognize that navigating behavioral health systems requires expertise. They are not looking for a referral to a program — they are looking for an independent expert who can evaluate options objectively, manage the process, and remain accountable throughout.
Many of our clients have already been through one or more treatment programs and are dealing with a situation that is more complex than a standard residential placement can address. Others are approaching a situation for the first time and want to get it right from the beginning. In both cases, the common thread is a family that wants a knowledgeable, experienced advocate in their corner.
We work with families across the income spectrum, but our services are particularly well-suited to families where privacy is a significant concern — executives, public figures, families with business interests that could be affected by disclosure, and individuals who have had negative experiences with less discreet providers.
Geographically, our clients are concentrated in major metropolitan areas with high concentrations of high-net-worth families: Los Angeles, New York, Greenwich and Fairfield County, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area. However, we serve families in every state and have worked in locations that would not typically appear on a behavioral health provider's radar.
