Serving All 50 States

Behavioral Health Support, Wherever Your Family Is

Coast Health Consulting operates from hubs in Los Angeles and Dallas, with the ability to deploy experienced case managers, sober companions, and intervention specialists to any state in the country. Select your state below to learn how we serve families in your region.

National Reach, Local Precision

Our operational model is built for mobility. We are not a local practice with a national website — we are a mobile support network that has worked in homes, hospitals, courtrooms, and treatment programs across the country.

Hub-Based Deployment

Our Los Angeles and Dallas hubs provide access to the country's most connected air routes. We can position a team member in virtually any U.S. city within 24 hours when the situation requires it.

Remote-First Coordination

Much of our case management work is conducted remotely — coordinating with treatment teams, managing transitions, and keeping families informed. Geography does not limit our effectiveness as case managers.

Independent Recommendations

We do not receive referral fees from treatment programs. Our recommendations are based on clinical fit and the client's actual needs — not on which programs are in our network or which ones pay us to send clients.

What We Provide Nationwide

Independent Case Management

A licensed, experienced case manager who works exclusively for your family — coordinating care, managing transitions between levels of treatment, advocating with providers, and maintaining continuity throughout the recovery process. Available for short-term engagements or ongoing multi-year support.

Sober Companioning

Trained companions who provide real-time accountability, structure, and support in daily life. Our companions work alongside clients in their homes, during travel, at social events, and through high-risk periods. Available for single days, extended engagements, or live-in arrangements.

Intervention Services

Professionally facilitated interventions designed around the family's specific situation. We work with multiple methodologies and do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Pre-intervention planning, family preparation, and post-intervention case management are included in every engagement.

24/7 Live-In Coaching

For clients who require continuous, around-the-clock support, we provide experienced coaches who live alongside the client in their home or a designated residence. This level of service is appropriate for high-risk transitions, complex dual-diagnosis situations, or families who need a sustained, intensive presence.

Who Engages Coast Health

Our clients are families who have the resources to access the best available care and the sophistication to recognize that navigating behavioral health systems requires expertise. They are not looking for a referral to a program — they are looking for an independent expert who can evaluate options objectively, manage the process, and remain accountable throughout.

Many of our clients have already been through one or more treatment programs and are dealing with a situation that is more complex than a standard residential placement can address. Others are approaching a situation for the first time and want to get it right from the beginning. In both cases, the common thread is a family that wants a knowledgeable, experienced advocate in their corner.

We work with families across the income spectrum, but our services are particularly well-suited to families where privacy is a significant concern — executives, public figures, families with business interests that could be affected by disclosure, and individuals who have had negative experiences with less discreet providers.

Geographically, our clients are concentrated in major metropolitan areas with high concentrations of high-net-worth families: Los Angeles, New York, Greenwich and Fairfield County, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area. However, we serve families in every state and have worked in locations that would not typically appear on a behavioral health provider's radar.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Coast Health Consulting serve clients outside major cities?
Yes. Our work is not limited to metropolitan areas. We serve families wherever they are — whether that means traveling to a private residence, coordinating with a treatment program in a rural setting, or providing remote case management across state lines. Geography is rarely a barrier when the situation warrants it.
How quickly can Coast Health mobilize in a new state?
For most situations, we can begin remote coordination within hours and have a team member on the ground within 24 to 48 hours. Our operational hubs in Los Angeles and Dallas provide access to major air routes nationwide, which allows for rapid deployment when time is a factor.
Do you work with treatment programs in every state?
We maintain working relationships with programs across the country and conduct independent vetting of any program we recommend. If a family has a specific program in mind, we will evaluate it alongside alternatives and provide an honest assessment rather than a referral-driven recommendation.
What makes Coast Health different from a standard treatment referral service?
We are not a referral service. We are independent case managers and behavioral health consultants who work exclusively for the family. We do not receive placement fees from treatment programs. Our income comes from the family, which means our recommendations are based entirely on clinical fit and the client's actual needs.
Can you coordinate services across multiple states simultaneously?
Yes. Many of our cases involve clients who are transitioning between states — moving from a treatment program in one state back to a home in another, or managing a situation that spans multiple locations. We are structured to handle multi-state coordination with a single point of contact for the family.
Do you work with ultra-high-net-worth families who require complete discretion?
Discretion is a baseline expectation, not an add-on. We work with families who have significant public profiles, business interests, or family dynamics that make privacy non-negotiable. All engagements are handled with strict confidentiality, and we do not discuss client situations with anyone outside the authorized care team.
What is the difference between case management and sober companioning?
Case management is the strategic oversight of a client's behavioral health journey — coordinating care, managing transitions, advocating with treatment providers, and ensuring continuity. Sober companioning is a direct support role where a trained companion provides real-time accountability, structure, and guidance in daily life. Many of our clients use both in combination, with case management providing the clinical architecture and the companion providing the day-to-day presence.
Do you serve families who are not yet in crisis?
Frequently. Some of our most effective engagements begin before a situation becomes acute — when a family recognizes that something is off and wants expert guidance before it escalates. Early engagement allows for more options, better planning, and a less disruptive process for everyone involved.
